Battle ropes are a 10 meter length of rope which is anchored to the ground in the middle of the rope either using a weight or a loop attached to a wall. The rope is used to build cardiovascular endurance as well as grip, shoulder and torso strength. With a variety of exercises the rope can be used to train the whole body.
This rope is great for cardio as well as working grip and shoulder strength.
Ropes usually come in 10m lengths at 1.5″ or 2″ diameter.
